Responsibilities
Lead and oversee technical tasks and projects with customers.
Develop and design the architecture and interfaces in collaboration with customers.
Install our software and collaborate with the customer's technology team.
Manage and execute integration, deployment, and upgrade projects with customers.
Support presale and post-sale activities.
Serve as a technical expert, providing professional technological knowledge to various customers and teams within the company.
Manage and maintain technical documents.
Provide product support in areas, such as setup, architecture, and database browser technologies.
Conduct training sessions for customers' technical teams to ensure they can maintain and manage deployed solutions.
Manage incident resolution, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
Ensure all customer projects and support cases are completed within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required
Extensive familiarity and experience with Microsoft servers (IIS, AD, SSRS, etc.)
Strong knowledge and experience working with AWS environments
Knowledge of SQL, including server administration and complex query writing
Proficiency in protocols and communication languages such as HTTP, XML, HTML, JSON, and SOAP (integration)
Familiarity with system security and performance tools
Experience in writing technical documents
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., c#, PowerShell) for automation purposes (C++ or Python)
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, NewRelic) for proactive issue identification and resolution
Experience working with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline)
At least 2 years of experience working as a Tier 3 Engineer
Previous work experience with Tech, B2B companies
Ability to analyze and solve complex technological issues
Independent and self-motivated
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fulltime availability, five days a week
Willingness to work outside of regular office hours when necessary, including weekends
Availability for international travel from time to time (1-2 a year)
Preferred
Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers – a plus
