Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role, particularly within a large engineering division or company
Strong background in strategic planning
Full P&L responsibility
Experience in formulating and implementing new strategies and procedures
Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition process
Adept at managing and motivating staff
Excellent communication skills
Strong financial management skills
Problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's in Business Administration
Background in government contracting
Experience with Alaska Native cultures or ANCs
