Responsibilities
Develop accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for workforce requirements based on historical data, business trends, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to create staffing plans that align with budgetary constraints and service level goals.
Design and optimize employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing inefficiencies.
Manage scheduling adjustments in response to unexpected changes in workload or staffing.
Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to schedules and service levels.
Identify and address deviations by making intraday adjustments or recommending strategic changes.
Analyze workforce performance metrics, including adherence, occupancy, and productivity.
Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
Lead the implementation and optimization of workforce management tools and systems.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for workforce planning and analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Finance, to align workforce strategies with organizational goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce planning and provide guidance to junior team members.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of experience in workforce management, analytics, or a related field
Proven expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
PBI, Tableau, SQL, NOSQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel, VBA, Ruby, Machine Learning
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
