Responsibilities
Ultimately this person will identify where truckload buyers are for our inventory and use those methods to bring traffic to Liquidation.com
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc geared toward truckload B2B buyers, to start
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences
Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and messages, ensuring timely and effective responses
Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions, fostering community interaction
Track social media trends and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach
Help with social media advertising campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ads.
Help route customer inquiries, questions, and concerns to the appropriate department within the organization
Provide accurate, friendly, and timely responses to customer questions regarding products, services, or campaigns
Document customer feedback and common inquiries, helping to refine future marketing strategies.
Track and report on social media performance metrics, customer interactions, and campaign effectiveness. Ensure efforts are producing expected outcomes and adjusting tactics when goals are not being met.

Required
High School Diploma Required
1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of basic design and CRM tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Seeking goal oriented individual who is driven by relentless improvement
Preferred
Additional education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Prior experience with B2B, reverse supply chain, and/or truckload sales a plus
