Responsibilities
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing a variety of reports to support production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits.
Meets quality assurance by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; and monitoring inventories.
Validates quality processes and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification.
Maintains and improves quality by completing company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, and investigating customer complaints.
Collaborates with other members of management to develop new QA campaigns.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required
BA or BS in appropriate discipline or 5 years QA experience in Health Care in lieu of degree.
Experience with QA measuring
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Project Management, and Analytics software
