Responsibilities
Establish strong working relationships with the manufacturing sites and shared/centralized functions to escalate and lead/support resolution of quality issues
Utilize data / data analysis tools such as SAP, Excel & Power BI to derive insights and develop sound solutions for quality improvements
Track KPIs against targets, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders to highlight areas for improvement
Lead efforts with cross-functional partners to execute action plan(s) and implement continuous improvement projects
Assess site level compliance for a wide range of QMS processes, standards and regulations by reviewing procedures, investigating non-conformances and quality issues, and conducting internal audits to identify underlying problems, and propose corrective actions
Provide training on quality standards, QMS processes, and KPIs to promote a quality-focused culture

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Engineering Discipline OR minimum of 5 years of working experience with a strong understanding of Quality Compliance.
Knowledge and experience working with global medical device regulations and standards
Knowledge and working experience with compliance relating to Quality Management Systems
Experience working in Excel and Power BI
Preferred
Working experience in the medical device or healthcare related industries
Experience in extracting and managing data from SAP, data lakes, including data analytics and visualization techniques
Proficiency with SQL, Python, R
