Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM processes and translate them into functional specifications.
Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA CRM solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct gap analysis and develop strategies to bridge gaps between current systems and desired CRM functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, etc.).
Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for CRM processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Conduct system testing, user training, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and system performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA CRM developments, features, and industry trends.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies to enhance CRM solutions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CRM modules and integration points with other SAP modules.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including workflows, data migration, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

Preferred

Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA CRM)
