Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create content that is on-brand and tailored to each platform.
Monitor performance metrics across all platforms and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Engage with followers on all platforms, responding quickly to comments, questions, and messages.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years + experience in social media management (tech industry)
Proven track record of developing successful campaigns on multiple platforms
Strong written communication skills
Proficient in the following computer programs: Canva, Photoshop, and G-Suite
Must have a portfolio to share
