Designing and executing the operational strategy that supports the global revenue organization
Building and leading a top-tier RevOps team
Driving operational rigor in forecasting
Pipeline management
Revenue reporting
Optimizing the revenue tech stack
Collaboration with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance
Collaboration with Product and Marketing teams to enhance growth strategies

Required
Minimum of 15 years of experience in revenue operations
At least 5 years in senior leadership positions
Proven track record in scaling revenue operations
Deep expertise in sales processes and technologies
Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in preparing for an IPO
Experience operating in a public company environment
Strong presence and outstanding communication skills
Ability to foster a culture of collaboration
Background in high-growth enterprise software companies, particularly in the $100M to $500M+ ARR range

Background in infrastructure software, observability, or related technical markets
