Responsibilities
Data Entry & Financial Documentation : Input and manage financial data in our platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Financial Analysis : Assist in the preparation of financial reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making, including identifying trends and discrepancies.
Reconciliation of Financial Records : Reconcile financial discrepancies across real estate properties, ensuring accuracy between platforms, bank accounts, and internal systems.
Accounting Support : Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including processing financial transactions, balancing accounts, and verifying document accuracy.
Document Processing : Review, organize, and manage financial documents to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., customer success, operations, tech) to resolve financial issues and ensure smooth workflows.

Required
BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program)
Strong interest in finance, real estate, and/or technology with a desire to learn and grow in these areas
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases)
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies and optimize processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise manner
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience or interest in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing value and solving customer needs
