Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new customers, building long-lasting relationships.
Negotiate rates and service terms to meet customer needs while maximizing profitability.
Develop a strong pipeline of FTL business opportunities.
Source and vet carriers, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Negotiate rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing.
Schedule and manage FTL shipments, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Monitor shipments in transit to resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with both customers and carriers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Required
Proven experience as a Freight Broker, ideally with a focus on FTL services.
A strong network of shippers and carriers.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant industry software.
Understanding of market trends and the freight industry landscape.
