Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that analyze campaign results and directly connect them to business outcomes.
Streamline marketing operations to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and align with strategic objectives.
Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence decision-making and strategy.
Partner with Google’s cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) and external stakeholders to optimize campaign strategies and reporting processes.
Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring all metrics are aligned with marketing objectives and business goals.
Design and implement operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability in performance reporting and campaign execution.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
experience in marketing operations or performance marketing, focusing on reporting and analysis.
Strong ability to tie marketing performance to business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Preferred
Experience with Google Ads or other marketing platforms, particularly in Lead Generation or eCommerce.
Familiarity with SMB or B2B marketing environments.
Strong operational skills with a focus on performance reporting over advanced statistical analysis or modeling.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards for performance tracking.
