Responsibilities

Engage prospective customers to understand business needs and articulate how Analytics and Data Platforms can address those needs.

Oversee services offered by the practice.

Define technical solutions aligned with our client’s business problems.

Personally spend a majority of time on growth.

Lead and manage RFPs and RFIs; Ability to estimate and define team structures.

Create collaterals like capability statement, solutions decks to facilitate customer pitch.

Manage P&L of the practice.

Required

More than 10 years of experience with assessing, architecting, and/or delivering analytics projects.

More than 10 years of experience with enterprise data engineering fundamentals and protocols.

3 or more years of experience implementing, integrating, and operating CDP platforms for marketing use cases in enterprise marketing technology environments.

Deep experience in marketing analytics including digital marketing.

Should have experience Data Warehousing and Data Lakes on platforms like Snowflake, Data Bricks etc.

Should have experience in Web Analytics and CDP.

Deep experience in machine learning and predictive analytics.

Deep understanding digital marketing and ecommerce use cases and how to support.

Expertise in interactive pre-sales discovery meetings & Solution Design Process.

Build GTM for the practice working very closely with sales, account management team and marketing teams to drive aggressive revenue growth.
