Responsibilities

Implement NetSuite solutions for customers

Ensure high-quality delivery of services to customers

Comply with Techfino methodologies and best practices

Perform standard duties and tasks in a dynamic work environment

Help customers implement Oracle NetSuite products and supporting applications

Gather and document customer's IT, accounting and other business processes and requirements

Partner with Technical Teams to define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations

Assist with the design and testing of automations and integrations

Analyze and document client business requirements, configurations, workflows, processes and procedures

Work with Project Managers and peers to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery

Configure NetSuite software in order to support customer business requirements

Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables in a high-paced environment

Perform quality assurance and reviews of deliverables developed by other team members

Required

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant area such as Accounting or Finance.

At least 2 years of professional experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle NetSuite, specifically key Accounting and Finance functionality and modules

Strong business analyst with ability to efficiently gather and document customer's IT, accounting and other business processes and requirements efficiently.

Partner with Technical Teams to define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations; assist with the design and testing of automations and integrations.

Keen ability to analyze and document client business requirements, configurations, workflows, processes and procedures.

Strong communication skills to work with Project Managers and peers to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery.

Experience with working directly with customers to configure NetSuite software in order to support customer business requirements.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple deliverables in a high-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent leadership and organization skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with internal team and guide customers based on leading practices.

Skilled at facilitating meetings and collaborations sessions using online tools such as Zoom, with clients, co-workers, business stakeholders and technical teams.

A passion to regularly exceed customer satisfaction.

Ability to perform quality assurance and reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.

Preferred

Previous consulting experience.

Previous accounting or finance business experience

Experience configuring NetSuite ARM, Multibooks, and OneWorld modules.

Oracle NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification

Business acumen and industry experience in Wholesale Distribution, Software, Professional Services and/or Non-Profit verticals.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Project leadership experience.

Ability to identify practical as well as creative solutions to business and technical problems

Experience configuring, customizing, testing and validating solutions that satisfy client’s needs.

Previous experience working remotely.

Multi-lingual skills.
