Responsibilities
Microsoft Intune Management: Administer and support Microsoft Intune to manage mobile and desktop devices across the organization.
O365 & Azure Ecosystems: Hands-on administration of Microsoft O365, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and related services.
Device Provisioning: Manage and configure Windows Autopilot and device provisioning for seamless onboarding of new devices.
Policy Management: Deploy and manage security policies, compliance policies, and application deployment across diverse mobile environments.
Active Directory & ADFS: Administer and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS).
Scripting & Automation: Utilize PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and configuration tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Networking Services: Administer and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP servers to ensure smooth network operations.
Endpoint Management: Oversee and troubleshoot Microsoft Endpoint configurations for laptops and mobile devices.
Exchange & Office 365: Administer and resolve issues related to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and other cloud applications.
Linux Administration: Provide intermediate support for Linux-based systems, including command-line troubleshooting.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, including change control processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.

Required
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Intune).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system administration, with at least 3 years specializing in the areas mentioned below:
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Proficient in managing Microsoft O365 and Azure cloud environments.
Strong experience in Active Directory, including both on-premises and Azure AD environments.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for task automation.
Proficient in DNS and DHCP administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Endpoint management tools.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies (Intune, O365, Azure AD, Exchange, etc.), device management, and cloud computing.
Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex system and network issues.
Automation & Scripting: Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document systems and procedures clearly.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving technical environment.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other IT team members and end-users.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years (Preferred)
MCSE (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Azure fundamentals (Preferred)
