Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Own the website, ensuring it’s optimized for SEO, lead generation, and conversion.
Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM to enhance lead tracking, campaign performance, and customer insights.
Support existing channel partner initiatives while exploring and cultivating new partnership opportunities to drive revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns, materials, and processes that increase front-of-funnel sales flow.
Analyze performance metrics, A/B test campaigns, and use insights to improve ROI across marketing efforts.
Craft compelling, consistent messaging across all marketing channels, aligning with our brand and customer needs.
Work closely with team to develop and execute go-to-market plans. Provide market-based insights to help strengthen and expand product-market fit.

Required
8-12 years in growth marketing or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS context (ticketing industry experience is helpful, but not required)
Proficient in HubSpot CRM
Skilled in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve marketing ROI
Balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution, thriving in a resource-constrained startup environment
Proven ability to collaborate with and grow channel partnerships, driving mutual success
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
Preferred
Familiarity with other tools like Tableau (or similar data visualization tools), web analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms
