Responsibilities

Supports loan boarding and de-boarding processes within Transfer Services
Facilitate ordering, mailing and quality assurance reviews of all RESPA or Transfer related letters required as part of the loan boarding and off boarding processes
Facilitate Wire transfers as requested for loan boarding or off boarding; including reconciliation and research out of balance issues as needed
Update policies and procedures for all areas of responsibility, including ensuring timely updates are completed as directed by management
Primary point of contact for QA, QC, audit, and exam requests. Ensuring timely and accurate responses
Identify process improvement opportunities as a result of findings from review, audits, exams and propose possible solutions to management
Support implementing changes needed as the result of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal Changes
Facilitate content changes to RESPA or Transfer letter templates as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word) required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent client relations skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining department standards
Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers to attain common goals
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing, in person, and virtually internally and with external clients/third parties

Preferred

Background in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
