Responsibilities
Design content for global insurance product launches
Shape flows and propose improvements to architecture to address the user journey
Ensure experiences are on-brand, compliant with local regulations, and user-centric
Engage in cross-functional problem-solving with product teams, lawyers, and regulators
Work independently and advocate for your ideas on high-visibility projects

Required
6-10 years of experience designing content on product teams
Experience with insurance products (required)
Availability for 1-2 international calls per week to collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to manage workload, time, and project scope independently
Portfolio showcasing insurance-related content design work
Bulletproof writing, editing, and proofreading skills
