Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, chat, or social media
Analyze and report reoccurring issues
Monitor complaints on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with other teams

Required
Associate's/Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years previous customer service/retail/restaurant experience
Friendly and welcoming manner with customers, doctors and pharmacists
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner
Strong command of written and verbal English
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
Preferred
BA/BS in Communications or relevant field preferred
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Interest in skincare strongly desired
