Responsibilities
Independently identify recalls using pre-developed tools and queries.
Ensure recalls are processed within a strict 24-hour SLA, providing immediate updates to key stakeholders.
Using analytical skills like SQL and Google Sheets, implement the recall process in collaboration with the Recall Working Group (WG), ensuring outcomes align with business priorities and program principles.
Use data analysis to track recall effectiveness, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Escalate and highlight any issues promptly to the Catalog Safety Manager, ensuring timely resolution to avoid bottlenecks.
Develop and deliver weekly updates summarizing the impact of recalls on the business and customer experience.
Provide continuous updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the recall process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a timely resolution of recall activities.
Work flexible hours to overlap with U.S. working hours and regulatory agency schedules.

Required
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related fields
3+ years of experience in Operations, Process Management, or Business Analytics roles
Familiarity with SQL and Google Sheets for independently developing queries, tracking, and reporting
Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented and willing to learn internal processes and tools
Preferred
Proficiency with Data & BI tools
Familiarity with process automation tools
Experience with regulatory compliance and recall processes in a consumer goods or e-commerce environment.
