Responsibilities

Leading client-facing discussions and reviews of ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery solutions

Facilitate requirements review and validation workshops

Provide technical information required for successful Discovery

Develop target state platform architecture including foundational data, authentication, and integrations

Lead the offshore development team to configure up to twenty (20) managed Configuration Item (CI) Classes

Five (5) inbound Configuration Management Database (CMDB) specific integrations using Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) plugins, Service Graph Connectors, and Rest API integration.

Required

At least 5 years of experience at the Architect level leading client-facing discussions and reviews of ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery solutions and workflows with ServiceNow applications.

Facilitate requirements review and validation workshops and provide technical information required for successful Discovery.

Develop target state platform architecture including foundational data, authentication, and integrations.

Lead the offshore development team to configure up to twenty (20) managed Configuration Item (CI) Classes and five (5) inbound Configuration Management Database (CMDB) specific integrations using Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) plugins, Service Graph Connectors, and Rest API integration.

Preferred

Location would be preferred for Central or East coast to be able to accommodate meetings with teams in India but open to other locations.
