Responsibilities

Report analysis, ability to gather evidence and create dashboards from these reports

Serves as the point of contact for routine interactions with DHCS/DMHC, HPSJ’s trade associations, or other regulatory agencies.

Serves as the point of contact for staff on routine compliance issues and questions.

Receives, interprets, summarizes, catalogues and disseminates regulatory updates and other communication on a timely basis.

Assists in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, including coordinating the design, review, approval, cataloging and dissemination.

Documents the initial review, response to and reporting on the disposition of FWA case referrals and escalate to management for additional investigations on complex cases.

Coordinates the incident reporting and management process; monitors and documents progress and outcomes; escalates areas of non-compliance to management as required.

Assists in the scheduling of training activities using established materials; documents and monitors activities; maintains training documentation; assists in the development of programs and materials.

Files or assists in the coordination and submission of filing of all regulatory required reports, marketing materials and marketing events and other documents to state agencies and other regulators for review and approval on a timely basis.

Enters and maintains data, information, documents and files according to standards, including but not limited to compliance software.

Assists in the creation and maintenance of desktop procedures.
