Responsibilities
Cold calling key stakeholders solicit bid lists
Review incoming Construction Project Data and/or search for upcoming construction projects
Review and update for accuracy, the information on construction projects by way of internet and email
Researching and analyzing information located on public or private sites
Obtaining and monitoring GC bidders/plan holders list on projects bidding by means of internet searching and by contacting project team members via email (with a minimum monthly quota)
Identifying, analyzing and building a pipeline of contractor bid lists on projects
Entering the data found and obtained into our platform and database; proficiently and accurately
Entering the data required on your follow up activities into our platform and database; proficiently and accurately

Required
Strong computer skills
Ability to repetitively and efficiently research websites, emails, files, lists, etc.
Self-driven and eager to join a fast-growing tech company

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Strong computer proficiency with the ability to type minimum 40 WPM
Comfortable with Microsoft (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Reader, Google Suite (i.e. Chrome, Docs, Sheets), and other search engines
The ability to work independently and as a team member
The ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors degree
Experience working within the construction industry
Experience working with a CRM program (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
