Responsibilities
Lead large-scale Generative AI projects from conception through to deployment.
Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, data science, and business stakeholders.
Design and architect scalable and robust Generative AI solutions.
Mentor and guide teams in best practices for AI development and deployment.
Ensure adherence to software engineering principles, Agile methodologies, and AI best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Generative AI.

Required
Proficiency in Python and related NLP libraries.
Experience developing NLP applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Embedders, Vector Databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
Deep understanding of AI architecture patterns and best practices.
Strong software engineering skills to rapidly and scalably develop AI systems.
Familiarity with advanced AI concepts such as Graph-based Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic RAG, and other emerging technologies.
Experience in fine-tuning large language models.
Strong working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Nvidia).
Expertise in LLMOps, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse, global teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and experience working in Agile environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI projects.

Experience working with global teams across multiple geographic locations.
