Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with iPullRank's brand pillars and marketing goals.
Write detailed content briefs and oversee the content creation process.
Perform market analysis and research on competition.
Contribute to our editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Create messaging and narratives that position iPullRank as a leader in SEO, generative AI, and content strategy.
Ensure content strategies align across blog, social media, email, and video campaigns.
Establish personal KPIs to track the effectiveness of content initiatives and refine strategies as needed.
Stay informed on SEO, content, and AI trends, as well as competitor activity, to identify new content opportunities.
Oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality, engaging content across formats such as blog posts, how-tos, e-books, case studies, video scripts, sales collateral, website copy, webinar preparation, email copy, and social media.
Upload blog posts to our WordPress site.
Work with designers, developers, and external freelancers to create cohesive, on-brand materials.
Manage iPullRank's presence on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to engage and grow our audience.
Curate, script, coordinate, and prepare content for iPullRank's podcast, webinars, and SEO Weekly.
Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage the community.
Partner with subject matter experts, SaaS tools, and other brands to maximize content reach.
Maintain consistency in tone and quality across all content.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Help with marketing automation operations, including reporting, lead scoring, email marketing, and CRM management.
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, social media, or content marketing.
Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.

Required
2-5 years in content marketing or a related field, preferably within SEO or digital marketing
Comfortable working across multiple content formats and channels, with a strong focus on ideation and creation
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Familiarity with SEO principles and how content impacts performance
Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
Ability to track and measure content performance to inform strategy
Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects effectively
Experience with HubSpot, creating workflows, working with lead scoring, developing and segmenting lists
Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, ChatGPT, and other marketing platforms
