Responsibilities

Oversee Document Management Implementations: Oversee implementations of the InEight Document management solution tailored to the construction industry, ensuring alignment with business processes and customer needs.
Delivery: Manage and support the delivery of InEight Document, InEight’s document management software, ensuring all aspects of the project lifecycle are completed on time, on budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance across different time zones to ensure collaboration, productivity, and quality.
Business Process Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction industry project document control processes to advise clients and team members on best practices and improvements that can be made with document management software solutions.
Achieve Department Goals: Support and achieve department initiatives, contributing to broader organizational goals, driving strategic objectives, and promoting operational efficiency.
Internal Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Work across internal teams, ensuring clear communication regarding project delivery goals, customer timelines, deliverables, and support.
Continuous Improvement: Champion the continuous improvement of services, ensuring best practices are followed, and evolving the service delivery model in line with customer needs and industry trends.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with document management software solutions such as InEight Document, Teambinder, or similar such as Aconex.
Strong understanding of document management and control processes within the construction industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including those operating in different time zones.
A deep commitment to customer success, with experience managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Consulting experience in software implementation, offering strategic guidance to customers on how to maximize their use of document management solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and manage expectations across different stakeholders.

Preferred

Direct experience with InEight Document.
Kiewit document management experience.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of construction project workflows and document control best practices.
Ability to manage and resolve complex customer issues to ensure project success.
