Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, translating these into scalable, tailored solutions using the company’s products.
Design and document solutions that address data protection, disaster recovery, and migration needs across Kubernetes, OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, and hybrid environments.
Provide deep technical guidance on storage integration (block, file, and object storage) and optimization of backup and recovery workflows.
Lead solution deployment and configuration efforts, ensuring seamless implementation while adhering to best practices.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer feedback and needs with product enhancements and roadmaps.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to empower customers and partners to maximize the value of the company’s solutions.
Design and execute PoCs to showcase the capabilities of the company’s solutions, addressing specific customer use cases.
Develop high-quality technical documentation, solution blueprints, and case studies to support ongoing customer success.
Stay abreast of trends in cloud-native technologies, data protection, and the specific challenges of verticals like Telecoms and Financial Services.

Required
Proven experience in architecting and deploying solutions in Kubernetes, OpenStack, and Red Hat Virtualization environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems and hands-on experience with automation tools like Python, Ansible, or similar.
Expertise in data protection technologies, including backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware recovery.
Deep understanding of storage systems, including block, file, and object storage, and their integration with cloud-native platforms.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Availability to work remotely and align with Mountain Time Zone hours.
Preferred
Familiarity with Telecoms and Financial Services industries.
Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or OpenStack.
Experience with Red Hat technologies and their deployment in enterprise environments.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Experience contributing to or managing open-source projects.
