Responsibilities

Preparing month-end journal entries for various activities, including credit card loan receivables, leases, fixed assets, prepaid assets, stock compensation, debt, payroll, and tax provisions.

Maintaining support and preparing monthly reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.

Managing the accounts payable process, including invoice payments, related journal entries, and month-end accruals.

Recording transactions and reconciling cash and credit card accounts.

Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Supporting the development and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Working cross-functionally to support financial data needs, analysis, and special projects.
