Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from individuals interested in personal and professional growth.
Reach out to potential members who may benefit from our programs, introducing them to Highrise in an authentic and approachable way.
Conduct thoughtful conversations to understand where they are in their career journey and what challenges they’re facing.
Help them see how Highrise’s leadership development programs align with their goals.
Establish trust by being a helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable guide.
Stay in touch with potential members to answer questions and provide clarity about our programs.
Work with the Highrise team to improve how we connect with potential members.
Share insights from your conversations to help refine our approach and messaging.
