Responsibilities
Support and grow Leaf Health's TPA and broker partnerships.
Execute Leaf Health services, including:
Collaborate with clients to develop and achieve Rx strategies and annual goals.
Assist in the development of new Rx and non-Rx product offerings to support client growth.
Educate clients on PBM market dynamics and provide tailored advice based on their business needs.
Introduce market offerings to help mitigate drug spend and coordinate client adoption.
Participate in biweekly client and PBM meetings, updating work plans and driving project completion.
Train TPA, broker, and sales teams on new market trends and product offerings.
Support sales and renewal efforts by reinforcing Leaf Health’s value proposition and providing pricing comparisons.
Troubleshoot service issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the VP of Client Engagement to:
Evaluate PBM pricing, clinical programs, and value-added services.
Analyze new proposals, products, and market changes and communicate their potential impact on Leaf Health clients.
Deliver financial comparisons and qualitative PBM scoring to clients as needed.
Negotiate improved terms in PBM proposals and input results into the Leaf Savings model.
Ensure PBM data feeds are current and accurate by coordinating with IT teams and PBMs.
Perform quality control (QC) checks on reporting with IT staff and clients.
Address any variances in PBM guarantees and guide remediation activities.
Oversee client reporting requests and therapeutic module development.
Manage PBM market evaluations, including RFPs and program reviews.
Provide audit support under the guidance of the VP of Client Engagement.
Assist with PBM audits and reporting.
Facilitate audit protocols and communicate findings to clients.
Actively participate in organizational meetings to review account status, pipeline updates, and IT developments.
Mentor internal teams, fostering independence in client engagement and savings model generation.

Required
Strong understanding of PBM operations, pricing structures, and clinical programs.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of TPA and broker landscapes.
