Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee all marketing activities, including brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, events, and product marketing
Oversee market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
Optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions, customer acquisition, and retention
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and results-driven approaches
Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to track performance and make informed decisions
Efficiently manage the marketing budget and timelines and allocate resources effectively
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with the media
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI, conversational AI, and customer experience

Required
10+ years of experience marketing to large enterprise customers across multiple industries, specifically for SaaS-based solutions
Strong experience in the AI industry, particularly generative AI and/or conversational AI
Demonstrable experience in marketing software strategy and SaaS growth models
Experience in developing and executing content and event marketing campaigns
Experience in executing product-led growth strategies and campaigns
Experience managing distributed teams
Strong skills in team management and mentoring
Strong knowledge of AI technologies
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
In-depth knowledge of customer support and customer experience industry
Background or experience in machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, or software engineering
Experience in both large organizations and startups in fast-growth SaaS segments
