Responsibilities
Work with customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and create the stories which can satisfy those needs.
Produces clear, detailed documentation to be used by lines of business and IT to build quality business processes and web applications.
Develops clear, traceable requirements using, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
Create detailed specifications for application developers.
Work as part of a team contributing to planning, designing, and development of systems and sub-systems.
Present information regarding enhancements, track and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
Gain an understanding of revenue cycle management and use this knowledge to drive system design and implementation decisions.
Partner with test team and assist in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing execution plans to ensure test cases map to requirements.
Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document business analysis best practices, standards, and tool usage.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years’ experience in systems analysis and project management
Strong understanding of a Software Development Lifecycle is required
Experience working on project teams using Agile development methods
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Product Owner certification a plus
Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
Capable of solving complex technical problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to facilitate RAD/JAD and user story mapping sessions
Ability to develop and interpret wire frames and system flow diagrams
Knowledge of and experience with business modeling tools, such as process and workflow modeling
Proficient in MS Office applications
Data Analysis Experience a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
