Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts at operating companies to understand business needs and conceptualize AI solutions that deliver measurable impacts while managing costs and risks.

Design, prototype, and deploy advanced AI solutions to address complex problems at operating companies or across the enterprise.

Oversee data acquisition, preprocessing, and exploration to ensure the availability of high-quality data while maintaining data security.

Document models, workflows, and research findings. sharing knowledge with product and engineering teams at operating companies to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into production.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, evaluating and integrating new methodologies and tools into existing workflows.

Required

PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Applied Math, or a similar quantitative discipline.

5+ years of industry experience in data science, AI, or a related technical field.

Proven experience in prototyping, building, and deploying AI systems for diverse applications.

Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning frameworks.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred

Working within the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries.

Familiarity with Danaher operating companies and their focus areas.

Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
