Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, develop, and engineer IT security solutions for organizational needs.
Consult with management and departments on IT security matters, operating systems like Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Defender/Endpoint Protection, and the DLP environment.
Monitor and ensure network security, designing and implementing internal control and evaluation processes to strengthen security management.
Communicate IT security issues actively and clearly through reports, intranet publications, and security awareness training.
Identify optimization potentials, conduct regular audits and penetration tests, and implement findings to continuously improve security protocols.
Implement fundamental IT security measures, manage security incidents, and drive the development of relevant IT security architectures.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge in networking and security, including network protocols, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and familiarity with IT security standards.
Proficiency with Windows architecture and Linux-based operating systems; experience with SIEM and XDR solutions is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Platform, Intune, ATP, and collaboration solutions such as Exchange, SharePoint, M365, and Teams.
Experience with industry standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and ITAR, as well as IT risk management.
Excellent project management skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Passionate about cybersecurity, with a proactive approach to identifying new threats and defense solutions.
Service-oriented, team player who enjoys analyzing complex business issues and connecting solutions effectively.
Must be willing to travel to Long Beach, CA at least once or twice per quarter.
Preferred
Experience with SIEM and XDR solutions.
