Responsibilities

Complete assigned service request per established service level of assurance (SLA’s).
Serve as Tier 3 technical support for all areas of the network.
Provide project support and guidance to design of overall infrastructure areas as needed.
Manage the install and configuration of new servers, software and hardware as required.
Monitor and manage WAN/LAN for errors and recommend improvements as needed
Regional responsibility for management of anti-virus, anti-ransomware and Microsoft update services.
Administration and management of remote access systems, access and new employees’ permissions
This role will require collaboration with regional and global teams and understanding of how to cost effectively transition to a global infrastructure standard.
Knowledge of the sites, business, Digital personnel, and systems will be required to be successful.
Flexibility to be called upon outside business hours in a support, business continuity, or cybersecurity event.
Meet global and regional goals as assigned and all internal and external audit requirements as directed.
Management of firewalls and routers
Managing access control based on company policy.

Required

5+ Years supporting a diverse regional network environment.
Bachelor’s degree or combination of training and experience
5+ Years experience or training in a range of Network devices and services including Wide Area and Local Area Networks.
7+ Years experience or training with a range of server hardware & software with a focus on Microsoft products.
Significant technical knowledge of networking in manufacturing.
Meet global and regional goals as assigned and all internal and external audit requirements as directed.
5+ years knowledge of industry standard servers, switches, wireless gear and their setup and configurations.
Management of firewalls and routers
Managing access control based on company policy

Preferred

Certifications that are useful include CCNA, CCDP, CompTIA Network+, VCP-NV, AWS CAN, Azure Network Engineering, ITIL.
