Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for the most complex technical issues.
Ensure the optimal performance, availability, and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and new implementations.
Play a key role in strategic IT planning, contributing to the development and execution of IT strategies.
Mentor and train junior system administrators and IT staff, fostering their professional growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect IT infrastructure.
Create and maintain detailed documentation and generate comprehensive reports on system performance and activities.
Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality support and services.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in IT infrastructure and support processes.

Required
HS and equivalent experience
Mastery of system administration, including infrastructure design and advanced troubleshooting
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve the most complex technical issues
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff
Ability to contribute to and execute strategic IT planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
Advanced understanding of IT security principles and best practices
Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale IT projects
