Responsibilities
Responsible for product planning and management of RESS or C&I product field, undertaking product line 531 planning, formulating product and technology roadmap, and building product competitiveness;
Responsible for the technology and project management of RESS or C&I products, and ensure the delivery of platform products;
Undertake the role of RESS or C&I product customer project development representative, responsible for the design review and sample test verification review and delivery of all stages of product development;
Responsible for pre-sales solutions and after-sales technical support, and responsible for the competitiveness of product solutions and product quality.

Required
electronics, electrical, automation, machinery and other engineering background, bachelor degree or above
More than three years of overseas working experience
more than 4 years of experience in energy storage product development
rich system design ability
Rich experience in product management and project management
able to lead and guide new people in work
Good expression and communication skills
English can be used as a working language
Candidates based in US and Chile are needed
Preferred
skilled in German, Italy and other small language ability
