Responsibilities
Write, edit, and optimize copy for digital channels, including ads, landing pages, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
Develop copy for B2B marketing materials that capture the attention and solve problems for both end-users and corporate clients.
Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to create consistent, on-brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Create persuasive B2B sales collateral and thought leadership content that conveys value to potential partners.
Support B2B initiatives with clear, empathetic messaging to connect with HR leaders, benefits-decision makers, consultants, the C-suite, and more.
Contribute to campaign ideation, offering fresh perspectives and a strong understanding of how words can shape user experience.
Incorporate SEO best practices into content, ensuring copy is discoverable and reaches the right audiences.
Ensure all messaging aligns with our clinical pillars and is sensitive to mental health topics.

Required
3-4 years of B2B copywriting experience in-house or at an agency
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create within a consistent brand voice, produce engaging copy across multi-variant campaigns, and drive conversions through compelling content and CTAs
Strong storytelling abilities with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and engagement
Proven ability to drive organic traffic through SEO best practices and blending keyword strategy with compelling content
Ability to adapt tone and style to fit various audiences, including HR leaders, benefits consultants, the C-suite, and mental health members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and product teams
Preferred
Health-tech experience preferred
Familiarity with mental health or healthcare industry terminology is a plus
