Responsibilities

Identify and refine customer needs and program strategy

Own and refine the vision of the program and products

Effectively break down the program vision into features and epics

Prioritize the features and epics on the program backlog

Derive an Agile program roadmap from the program backlog

Define the minimum viable products and establish success criteria

Elicit requirements from the client and other stakeholders or workgroups

Collaborate with a wide range of individuals on the Agile team and work with them to design technically feasible solutions that meet the clients needs

Write user stories and prioritize them based on the requirements

Required

US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including experience with tools like JIRA or Aha!

Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
