Responsibilities
This position researches, creates, edits and revises information to produce trusted, evidence-based content in text, voice and multimedia formats, in multiple languages to be delivered through digital and print channels to meet business objectives by empowering target audiences to take action.
Responsible for completing a mix of new and updated content assignments.
Adheres to established content standards, policies, processes and workflows.
May produce content in a variety of formats, channels, products and programs.
Manages time to produce quality work on or prior to deadline.
Ability to work independently and effectively in an agile environment that expects and promotes teamwork.
Performs other duties as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in journalism, mass communications or related field.
Must have at least one year of full-time professional publishing experience (creating content, editing content, facilitating subject matter expert review).
Preferred
Ability to analyze and synthesize evidence-based literature and elicit subject matter expert (SME) knowledge to produce health education for a target audience(s).
Hands-on experience with authoring tools and technologies in a structured authoring environment.
Knowledge of or experience with mobile best practices, structured content and principles of plain language.
Background in health or science related information or subject matter expertise in health.
Knowledge of or experience with using team-collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Mural).
Demonstrated ability to successfully adapt to change and a culture of innovation.
