Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments, ensuring the effective delivery of programs, services, and administrative functions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess organizational performance and inform decision-making.
Maintain alignment between operational activities and the strategic vision of Un/Do Mindset.
Lead and manage department heads, including HR, Legal, Administration, and IT, to ensure operational excellence across functions.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities to staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of top talent across the organization.
Promote cross-departmental communication and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
Partner with the finance team to oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and reporting processes.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, maintaining transparency and accountability in all financial operations.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and Development team to support fundraising, revenue generation, and donor stewardship efforts.
Review and assess financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, implementing systems and tools to improve workflow and outcomes.
Ensure best practices in the management and integration of technology, human resources, and administrative systems.
Regularly assess organizational processes, recommending and implementing changes to enhance functionality and effectiveness.
Oversee organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across HR, finance, IT, and operational policies.
Collaborate with the Legal team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that the organization’s assets, personnel, and mission are safeguarded.
Develop, implement, and monitor risk management strategies, including policies related to data security, legal liability, and workplace safety.
Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated to staff to reflect changes in regulations or organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies while fostering a culture of equity and inclusion.
Collaborate with the Legal team to review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risks effectively.
Oversee administrative processes, including record-keeping, office management, and organizational communications.
Ensure robust and secure IT infrastructure, oversee technology upgrades, and promote effective use of digital tools across departments.
