Responsibilities
Ensure compliance in the complaint handling process for product deficiencies through the electronic Complaint System
Utilize clinical and technical product knowledge to assess potential reportability of complaints
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product quality issues
Conduct due diligence to gather incident information for appropriate reporting and investigations
Support external inspections and audits, including FDA and Notified Body Audits

Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
Technical writing skills
Experience with complaint handling systems and knowledge of ISO, FDA, and cGMP regulations
Preferred
Acute Care, Operating Room, or other clinical experience
Certified Quality Auditor
Leadership or supervisory experience
