Responsibilities

Provide technical support and service to customers remotely.

Work under a microscope to manipulate microscopic wires using tweezers.

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document work and communicate with customers.

Work independently without daily supervision.

Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electronic issues.

Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Ability to work under microscope.

Ability to manipulate microscopic wires using tweezers.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to work without daily supervision, self-starter.

Desire to satisfy customer.

Flexible and organized.

Basic electronic diagnostic skills.

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
