Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of purchasing, from quotes, PR issuance through material receipt and payment support.

Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring and updating open POs to achieve on-time-delivery.

Support Fulfillment team for day to day PR/PO related issues such as PO modifications for EOL, MOQ, etc.,

Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since IPS team and vendors are based globally

Address day to day tactical and strategic supply chain issues

Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill the spares requirement

Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Support Fulfillment team as needed.
