Responsibilities

Support the President in managing the Online Student Advisory Board (“OSAB”) activities, taking the lead when the President is unavailable.

Coordinate special projects and assist other officers in implementing Board initiatives.

Oversee task assignments and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

Serve as a point of contact for Board members and assist in conflict resolution when needed.

Required

FAU degree-seeking undergraduate student with a minimum of six credit hours (or twelve if international) and a minimum of 2.5 GPA.

Must be enrolled in at least one FAU online course for the fall and spring semesters.

Commitment to serving in the role for at least one academic year.

Preferred

Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Comfortable applying or willing to learn a great range of software and technology.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Receptive to feedback and willingness to improve skills.

Experience in leadership, project management, or a related area.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
