Responsibilities

Work cross functionally with finance, legal, compliance, actuarial, technology, and underwriting to transition TPA duties in house

Ensure they are running in compliance with US regulations

Review and transition their current contracts

Analyze claims data and report on performance to senior leaders

Hire future insurance specific staff

Support budgeting as they continue to scale

Act as the insurance SME advising senior leaders on how to operate successfully as a carrier
