Responsibilities
Presenting and educating potential customers about Brand ID’s offerings, including high-level & C-suite executives
Acting as the first touchpoint to our enterprise-level brands
Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, staying up to date with clients business, and identifying opportunities for Brand ID
Taking initiative on an assigned account list and doing the necessary steps to get business
Working with the sales team to create ideal, high-level opportunities for Brand ID
Creative, out of the box thinking to identify those high-level opportunities
Expected to hit quarterly business development targets
Added commission for hitting sales targets
Demonstrating initiative, creativity & collaboration through the sales and business development departments
Collaborating with BDR team on best outreach strategies & email marketing campaigns
Cold calling via Salesforce email cadences, personal email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach
Remain current on targeted industry new developments, collaborations, industry trends as well as understanding customers' strategy, organization, and decision-making process and growth plans.
Setting up initial samples for a brand & working with Hong Kong and our Costa Mesa showroom to ensure the correct samples are getting sent out

Required
1-3 years of experience in Business Development
Likes to conduct in depth research and identify new opportunities
Enjoys crafting email cadences
Experience presenting in front of C-suite-level executives
Great presentation skills
You must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to network
Proficient in Google Office products
Passionate about brands and eager to learn more about the industry
Motivated with a 'get the job done' attitude
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Business Development: 2 years (Required)
Location: California (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred but not required
Preferred: Experience with Apollo, Salesforce, or like CRM Platforms
