Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, with at least 3+ years focused on IAM and automation.
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IGA solutions, with hands-on experience in onboarding, workflows, and customization.
Strong Java/J2EE development skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain custom IAM solutions.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk or Delinea.
Knowledge of AWS IAM, Azure AD, and directory services, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, proactively tackle challenges, and drive solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Proven track record of leadership in IAM projects, from technical implementation to team collaboration.
Preferred
Experience working on role mining and entitlement analysis.
Familiarity with SCIM and Web Services for IAM integrations.
Ability to challenge decisions constructively and lead improvements in IAM processes.
