Responsibilities

Own and manage the IT function, including infrastructure, security, applications, network, hardware, and cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability.

Lead 2+ IT Support Specialists, fostering collaboration, growth, and development.

Own the company’s security posture, manage security tools, and ensure SOC2 compliance, including driving the certification process, implementing controls, and conducting audits.

Develop and enforce IT policies that ensure security, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Oversee and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

Partner with teams to assess IT needs, plan for future requirements, and create long-term technology strategies.

Manage IT support services, set priorities, and track KPIs to improve service delivery.

Ensure secure integration and operation of key platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).

Oversee IT asset procurement, upgrades, decommissioning, and ensure asset security.

Ensure secure remote work setups and compliance with security policies.

Manage access control tools (e.g., Azure AD) to ensure secure user access to systems and data.
