Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative organic social media strategies for 6-8 clients simultaneously.
Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with client brand guidelines and drives organic reach.
Write compelling, SEO-focused blog posts and website content.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement optimization strategies.
Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles for local SEO.
Run PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
Track and analyze key social media, SEO, and advertising metrics, including organic engagement.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights to clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and social media trends, including organic social media best practices.
Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and content planning.
Provide exceptional client communication and service.

Required
2+ years of experience in social media management and SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing organic social media strategies.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, including local SEO and national SEO.
Experience with Google My Business optimization and management.
Proficiency in running PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Basic to intermediate graphic design and photo editing skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of the interior design industry and common terminology is a plus.
